Does anyone have the magic answer to losing fat and gaining lean muscle/weight? I know this is an iffy question however i really believe that I have the drive to eat very clean and workout consistently. Is there some supplement or something to help with this? I have been working out consistently for about 4 months and am getting some great results. I am about to graduate from college and until then i will have a difficult time eating clean, however i have been getting in a lot of protein with shakes and such. When i go back home for the next couple of years, I will definitely be eating 4-6 meals a day and cooking nightly. I am going to be extremely consistent when i finally dont have 7 classes a week and homework. Any insight would be great such as amount of cardio/what i should eat/supplements/workout cycling/or anything else you think helpful. Thanks!

Carb cycling is a good way to lose some fat without losing too much muscle. I like to go low carb (about 1 gram per pound of bodyweight daily is what I do) for 3 or 4 days then have one higher carb day (around 2 grams per pound daily). That seems to keep my metabolism moving and I dont get too low on energy that way when dieting.
