Arm Workouts
I have been bouncing around on arm workouts for a while now, b/c I can't seem to get a arm routine that I like. So in the chance I will find a good arm workout on here, what are your favorite arm workouts/routines?

I like to do biceps/triceps and forearms together on their own day. An example routine would be:(alternating sets on all exercises) 5 sets each of 6-8 reps on close grip bench press and barbell curls with the olympic bar, 5 sets each of 10-12 reps on dumbbell tricep kickbacks and dumbbell curls, 5 sets each of 12-15 reps on pressdowns and cable curls and 5 sets each of standing wrist rolls and standing reverse wrist rolls.

Damn Jason, that workout what intense. Though I wasn't a bit fan of the cross cable ext. I just didnt feel anything. Maybe I wasn't doing them right. Any tri ext. there should work though right?
But all in all, that was a great workout.
