Avoiding temptation, how do you resist junk food?
My wife brought home a pizza last night for everyone (besides me of course). I was tempted so I started to open the box and Melissa (my wife) slapped my hand and closed the box. She tells me no when I am feeling tempted to cheat and has been a big part of my success so far. So how do you resist the urge to eat junk food?

The thing I hate the most is when I'm doing so well, and someone brings in the really good breakfast like ham, cheese and jalepeno kolaches...those are my weakness!
