Pretty good transformation? Everybody asks if I had surgery, I laugh and show them my stomach. I am a chef with a very long pedigree, I own a steakhouse named Killens Steakhouse in Pearland. I know how to make very healthy meals that taste great. You can follow me on FB, I post recipes all of the time. I never looked it as a diet, just a life style change. I will email how I did it with all the formulas when I finish at the gym.

My aunt goes to Killens and has nothing but great things to say about that place! Small world. Anyways, Ronnie did you have any issues with loose skin afterward? I dropped from 317 to 210 in roughly the same time frame and I'm really having a tough time to work out the loose skin issues around the lower stomach.
