Precontest nutrition buildup and tanning prep

Hey everyone, so I'm looking at going for my first contest this upcoming April, but I was wondering if I could get some input on how exactly I should modify my diet. I also am wondering the best way in order to cut my water and increase my vascularity for the show. And as far as tanning/products go, how much should I do precontest, and what would be the best way to go about it?? I have never been in a contest before so any help would be much appreciated!!
