Water depletion
I have been doing some research lately about water depletion; I am not a big fan of water depletion myself but I figured I take a look around and see what other natural athletes are doing. I mean, you never know it all so I like to learn from other people as well, what holds true today maybe false tomorrow. The opinions are mixed on this. According to some, the hard look you get on stage has more to do with how you manipulate your sodium and carbs, water just blend in with the carbs to give you that solid look assuming you are not overdoing it on the carbs of course.
So what do the top natural bodybuilders out there do to get that full look on stage, let's say one week out from the show?
