This group is for those interested in entering the "I Decide" Transformation Challenge as part of the Optimum Nutrition Lone Star in Stafford, TX, on Aug 20, 2011.

Guidelines of this group
1. Anyone can comment. We encourage you to help motivate and support contestants!
2. Anyone can enter. You can be undergoing a transformation to lose weight, gain weight or any other type of physical transformation (with approval)
3. If you want to enter the 2011 REAL Deep South Transformation Challenge, you must create a Discussion in this group with the title being your name. Ex. Joe Smith will be the title of your discussion
4. You must continue to post inside the group discussion so members can follow your story. Be sure to post your stats when you start as well as photos. Keep doing this for the weeks to follow so we can track your progress.
5. You must be willing and able to come to the REAL Deep South on Apr 2, 2011, in Houston. (You must cover your own travel and accommodations costs as all competitors do).
6. Entry fees to compete are waived, but you must purchase a REAL World Tour Membership to be considered an official entry. Membership fee is $50.
7. Space is LIMITED as we can only feature a certain number of stories during the night show.
8. Prizes will be awarded

Hi everyone! Just fyi I am still working on my transformation, but stop posting my info in the group because I seemed to keep getting a bunch of spam from strange peeps. Anyhoo my tranformation is going great, Im looking great, but best of all Im feeling great!!! Can't wait to see everyone final results at Lone Star next month. :)
