For 30 days, beginning on October 5th, I will post the actual training, diet and supplement log HERE on The REAL Spot. This is YOUR chance to mirror or follow exactly what I do day to day…you can simply be a day behind me and follow exactly what I do.

Ask questions, make comments or simply observe from a far…Just know, this is not a “planned” routine I will be writing out…this is what REALLY happens each day…good days, bad days, aches, pains and personal bests…it will ALL be here…and maybe even some video clips!

So, walk with me over the next 30 days and see what a difference it makes!

I tried Jack3d out and it was basically a huge caffeine spike with a big crash. I built a quick tolerance to it (about 3-5 days) and had to keep upping my dose to get any effect from it. I've been alternating with Vassive & Amino Energy by ON quite a bit and loving those two. White Flood by Controlled Labs and Quake by Scivation were also good to occasionally throw in rotation.

Here is a short clip of me doing dips...with an added 225 lbs.  This was after several asets and a few tech difficulties getting our phones to record the thing...so I was POOPED! ;p

Jason, I have a question that has had me going back and forth for a while. I originally dieted down too quickly from 317 to 210 and ended up having some loose skin issues in the lower abdomen. I've spent months trying to add weight because at my low I wasn't happy with my body at all. I felt very small, there were no abdominal muscles just loose skin, etc.

My question is should I just keep trying to add weight and worry about abdominal definition, etc. later on? I have an odd frame and I really think I need to add overall mass to it, but at the same time being previously obese it's sorty of a hard mind trick to overcome.

How do you handle food cravings? example - craving fried foods or salty foods.

Jason your story is truely an inspiration. Looking at your pics you could never tell that you have spinal condition. Listening to you made me realize that some of the things I go through from day to day that I think are big things could be far worse. Thanks to you for doing what you are doing. God Bless.

Okay, all...I am finished dieting and am about to venture in a journey to add some muscle!

So...this will start within the next week...if any of you have any thoughts, ideas, questions or anything else...let the comments fly!

I will start posting all the progress here as it begins!
