Sorry for the dealy guys...it's been a BUSY week. And...since I don't cut and paste these...it takes a bit to post them!

2 cups of coffee..wow that'd give me a heart attack.

Thats some intense routine though Jason, how long do you rest for between sets?
(I know its a dumb question but I find that if I rest for longer then I can lift heavier weights.)
I actually "condition" while I lift weights...so maybe a minute, probably less...I like to be on top of my game at all times!
