So for your complex carbs you use the lumberg rice cakes? Ive been eating sweet potatoes, brown rice, and pinto beans. Any other complex carbs i could use? Thanks.
Yeah, the rice cakes are just the easiest thing around....it's tough to build in a lotof variety due to the time constraints!
You are doing good...others could be quinoa, barley, oatmeal and similar grains...also, spaghetti squash is great too!
