This is my summary of the last month:

I established this group to help “show” people what professional bodybuilders ACTUALLY do…no hype, no fancy articles and pictures…but the REAL of the REAL. I had the additional goal for this group to be something for future reference for those asking the questions of, “What are your workouts like” and “What is a drop set” and “What do I need to eat” and so on. I do get the above and many more on a daily basis…this group, and YOUR interactions will help serve as an answer to those questions and more! So thank you all!

I will periodically post some of my more crazy or fun workouts with videos in this group…the good ones. I think that will help keep this fresh and more…like the next chest day I have, I will be dipping with an additional 225 hanging from my waist…AND doing drop sets with it! That should be a good one!

Thank you guys for the participation and input in the group…let’s keep this going and fee free to reference this and follow along on the more exciting workouts to come week after week!

Thanks Jason...God bless you man. I have been struggling with my fitness goals and don't know whether I want muscles or just be ripped to the bone. If I can have both it would be a dream come true. Your guidance is inspirational to me....I will not post pictures of myself till I feel ready to make you proud....I will take the road you have travelled on.....Thanks for the guiding light!!!
