Do you know your blood numbers?

Most bodybuilders and athletes know their numbers when it comes to their height, weight, and body fat. But what about their cholesterol profile? It is important to know both inside and out!

Who in here knows both?

I need to get mine checked as it has been a year...but my cholesterol has ALWAYS been on the low side.

However, I have a pesky liver enzyme that is always just over the normal range...no one seems to know what that's about. They actually sent me to an endocrinologist 2 years ago and he ran all sorts of test basically telling me I was normal and he couldn't find anything wrong????
