First competition info

Okay so from someone just getting used to the idea of competition I would love to know what those of you who have done this before think are the absolute most important pieces to concentrate on?

I say for sure develop the right team to reach your goal. Your trainer, nutritionist and posing coach will all be instrumental in your success :)

I'm not sure that I am in the position to hire a nutritionist and posing coach at this point but my trainer is great. I am starting to think maybe the posing coach may be essential for me though.
If anyone knows of any good clinics in the DFW area in the near future I would love to know.

lol very true Stephanie! Posing is HUGE! It takes a lot of time, practice and conditioning :)
