Looks like we haven't gotten much chatter on here lately. I'm still in Missouri and will be here until July, it sucks :(

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing? Started with a new trainer this past week, kicking things up a notch..I am so excited!! Stay warm Brett....hasnt been much warmer down here, well today it was (71) but its going to get cold again!!

Guess I have to throw in an update. My uncle is the CEO of the business where I work and his health isn't 100% right now. Prior to the Christmas break, he called and asked if I could come to Missouri for at least 90 days to help relieve some of his stress. My gym right now is the Bethany Community Gym (Bethany, Missouri). I'm a long ways from San Antonio and it's 32 degrees outside right now :(

I don't live in SA but it's closer than Houston to me. However, I pretty much go to Houston every weekend to be with Sergio. I would love to meet you guys especially on the weekend. Let's plan something soon.

Greetings all, I work out at Anytime fitness on West and Blanco. I just started getting interested into all this stuff recently and this seems like a pretty cool place. Currently I am a student at UTSA but still trying to maintain my fitness goals. I'm not really looking to compete or anything just love working out. Good luck to all and train hard!

Hi everyone! I just joined the real spot today...my profile is still being worked on! I train at Spectrum on Austin Hwy. My hubby and I own a nutrition store right next to Spectrum called Nutrition Fortress. I spend most of my time at these two places!
