I think you need to visit Louisiana! I have trained so many girls/women that want to be "skinny". They are so afraid to "get big" that they try all of these crash diets. Instead of focusing on enjoying eating healthy food, they focus on not eating and then feel guilty when they do eat. How amazing to see that a NORMAL woman can be reach what seems like an impossible goal. Thank you for sharing your awesome story.

Can I please get you to come to Atlanta and explain to the women here that "Skinny-Chicks" are not the way to go? They starve themselves, do excessive cardiovascular etc. and think that this is the way to be attractive. You rock Soolmaz, keep up the good work! And go claim the NPC bikini trophy.
