Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I have always been interested in athletics, working out, and everything about this industry and when it helped to save my life a few years back, due to the muscle mass that I had, I was very thankful. Now, I work in the industry and also help people achieve their fitness goals.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: God and Family are very important, without them you won’t go far.
You should always work hard and earn what you are trying to achieve and it will be more rewarding.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Always stay on course with your beliefs and never take the easy way and you will achieve your goals that you have set and they will be more rewarding.
Always be yourself,...express yourself, have faith in yourself. Don't go out and look for a successful personality and duplicate it, just be yourself.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: I take the basics; which in my opinion are a good foundation - protien, multi-vitamin, glutamine, and BCAA.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: All of the athletes that work hard and achieve their goals naturally.
