Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- As a teenager growing up in Australia, I was always a little heavier. I was very athletic but after getting mono at age 16 I gained a lot of weight & had never managed to get the weight off. I moved to America & discovered oxygen magazine which was very motivating to me. Then one day in the mall I saw Jamie Eason. I was so star struck. She kindly stopped and talked with me about how to get into competitions. Shortly after I tore my ACL & decided enough was enough. I took to eating clean and lost 25lbs to enter in my first figure competition. Since then I have broken into Fitness Modelling and competitions as well as competing at an international level for karate. The rest is history!

- Stay disciplined and believe in yourself. If I can do it, so can you!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Muscle milk- It tastes sooo good
CLA- I notice a huge difference in muscle tone with it.
