Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I have been losing weight since January '09, and have a goal of competing in figure in 2010. I am well on my way, but still trying to get to a good starting point before I commit to a competition. In January of '09, I weighed 165, and I am down 43 lbs to 122 in January 2010. I am still working on getting my body fat down, but this is a journey, not a race.
I am a volunteer for the NM Challenge, which is a weight loss competition. My husband and I help mentor a group of approximatly 35 people, and help teach them the ins and outs of fitness and diet. I personally have participated in the challenge twice, taking fourth in Divas 1, and 5th in the advanced body building division. It has been great practice towards figure competition, and I am looking forward to competing in 2010!
