- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I went from 150lbs in my early 20's to being over 220lbs and fat in 2008. Once I turned 30 I decided to make a change and started a diet and exercise lifestyle that worked for me and I've stuck to it every since.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Nothing Real can ever by threatened, Nothing unreal ever existed...
The only thing constant in the world is change.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Consistency is the key!
Results come if you find a way to enjoy what you are doing and do it to the best of your ability every day.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Whey Protein because it is part of the building blocks of a great diet and repairs muscle and burns fat when taken correctly.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Jason Powell of course... Duh... Oh and this dude Charlie that works out at the same gym me and my workout partner Chris workout at who just inspires us.
