this was last march like one month after hysterectomy. .. another myth you don't have to gain weight after that operation. uhmm so no the scars are not from liposuction .. (i have been asked several times lol)

on vacation in San Diego...kinda stressing about not getting to the gym on the regular and my diet as I cannot really cook for myself

Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I am working to transform my body. I would like to step on stage and compete. This year I am coming back from a rotator cuff injury and a hysterectomy.. I have been out of serious training for 4-5 months and I am just getting back and feeling strong with no pain.. It can only get better from here :)

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe that the mind body and soul have infinite possibilities and each day I work a little bit to improve each part of myself. A finite game is a game that has fixed rules and boundaries, that is played for the purpose of winning and thereby ending the game.

Finite players play within boundaries; infinite players play with boundaries.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: work at it every day and don't get discouraged.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: any one that has the heart and soul to expand their definition of themselves to become more of what they want to be.

4 week progress

Well I am at the end of the first month of working with stevep78 and I have to say I am very very pleased with my progress.. my strength has increased considerably to where I am lifting what I used to think I never could. I am seeing increased muscle mass but in a compact way if that makes any sense not getting huge just more compact and cut ..
