- I'm brand new to competition but hoping to place well in the Jax Physique and Fitness one in Jacksonville on april 4th.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- right now, they would be jack3d, and lean out, jack3d perfect for energy from a preworkout, lean out does what it says, helps me lean out for my comptetion.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?

Steve said… - Welcome! You're off to an incredible start! Check out Jason's training group for great info on natural bodybuilding. It has his diets and exercises in there. Leading up to comps (as he suggests in the Group), he simply cuts back on those diets and ups cardio a bit. See you around!
