Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I am enjoying the journey of life. I have been sober now for over four years, living one day, one moment at a time. The love for the gym has led me to this point, unsure of what the future holds. I am currently one of 15 male finalists for bobybuilding.com spokesmodel contest in juntion with ironman magazine. I would like to compete at some point. I am all natural, alcohol and drug free.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe that everything happens for a reason. I have a strong faith in the man upstairs, but believe that faith without works is dead. God gave us free will and wee encounter decisions daily, forks in the road. My philosophy is simply try to do the nest right thing, accepting this world for what it is, praying for His will and not mine. Praying that I can accept what is put in front of me, conquering fear, and rising above.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Don't let anybody or anything define who you are. It is never never too late to change. I do not regret the past, it took every bit of it to get me to where I am today. Fear used to paralyze me and what I have learned is that courage is not the absence of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear. Believe in yourself, get honest with yourself, and achieve greatness.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: My favorite supplement is RPM, a pre workout pill. My workouts go insanely intense. I could not wait to get to the gym after I began taking this supp.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Everyone who leaves it all in the gym, day in and day out.

I made top 5 and am heading to L.A.!!!

I just recieved a phone call last night from bodybuilding.com that said I had made top 5 for the spokesmodel contest and they will be flying me to L.A. to compete for the cover of ironman magazine. I am absolutely certain it is by the grace of God, through true faith and believing in myself that I have made it. I have the attitude that I can I will and my motivation is high.
