Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I am striving to evolve as a competitor perfecting my performance wih each competition. My goals is to conquer the fitness model industry--representing major athletic apparel, nutrition and urban wear companies; and being featured in major fitness magazines. From here I'd also like to represent non-industry companies as they too begin to see the importance of displaying individuals who are examples of healty, fit lifestyles. All of this will serve as a vehicle allowing me to have a greater impact as I work to bring more people into "Health and Fitness"

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Success is a state of mind. Tell yourself everyday "I am the greatest" and you will be.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: All from www.OneBody-Fitness.com

Nutrilite Double X - It's an all natural phenomenal performance vitamin used by pro athletes. It's the only vitamin that actually increased my energy level tremendously.

Nutrilite CLA 500 - CLA is a more natural fat burner that for me doesn't cause the uncomfortable "crazy" physical feelings. I use this particular brand because it is a higher quality.

Nutriltie Glucosamine-7 - I like my joints so I want to take care of them--especially with teaching 6 Turbo Kick classes a week outside of my own workouts. It works in 7 days where others take 3-4 weeks.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Chase McIlroy (my Husband), Jamie Eason, Alicia Marie and of course Kai and Jason!
