Philosophies and Beliefs:: You are in control of your own body. If you want the results, you have to put in the hard work.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Creatine has helped with my heavy workouts.
Glutamine has aided in my muscle recovery.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Maggie Diabaldo, Lindsay Messica and Amber Elizabeth
