Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
I'm an ex Power Lifter...I'm a Personal Trainer and Photographer/Graphic Designer.
I'm more interested in creating a champion than being a champion, at the present time I'm concentrating on my wife's (Melanie) career as a figure competitor. It brings us closer and she's the perfect client, hardworking and very disciplined.
Philosophies and Beliefs:
I believe there are no limits to the human body, only limits within the mind. If you are willing to do the work, and do it correctly you can accomplish any rational goals...In other words "Do the work"
Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
Don't worry about what other people say..."Do the Work" and watch the competition watch you.
What are your favorite supplements and why?
Ribose, Glutamine, Protein, Amino Acids, MultiVitamins-Because they keep you in the game.
Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
Charles Glass, Flex Wheeler, Tricky Jackson, Jack Lalane, Toney Freeman, Jason Powell
