What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: My goal is to stay as physically fit, and healthy as i can be, meaning to intake only the healthy clean foods uncontaminated or altered. Keeping a good appearance is only one aspect, keeping the mind and spirit in healthy condition is just as important, if not, more important.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: God designed me and created me the way i am, if exercising and eating healthy benefits me positively, than ill do it to glorify God. I Believe in the Most High God, Creator of all things and Father of Christ, Yahushua/Yeshua/Jesus... Father, Son, Holy Spirit. I Believe in obeying the law and acting righteously, praying continuously, praising, worshiping, and serving. always being prepared to leave and be in the judgment seat. I have faith in life everlasting and heaven above. Amen, And God Bless.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Whey Protein, because so many foods are altered and contaminated that whey protein isolates are a pure source of protein and amino acids which are building blocks in muscle.

Filtered Water, because most water is like poison without filtering it after you know what resides in tap water, and how little regulations are on bottled water.

Multivitamins(also Fish Oil, Antioxidants, EFA's, Iron, Calcium) because it is key to have such vitamins and minerals daily which are difficult to reach recommended healthy levels by eating foods and drinks alone.
