What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
I have not competed yet, I want to be able to get to 219.5 PEALED.
Philosophies and Beliefs:
Working out increases ones ability to store and release immediate energy. Always change your workout, If you are not soar the next couple days after you workout you are wasting your time.
Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
Stay Real. Work more with consistancy and accuracy than one time all outs.
What are your favorite supplements and why?
Animal, NO Explode, Dymatize 12 Hour, eat all natural foods, stay away from processed foods.

DAY-1

I have been working out since 7/11/2008, everyday. It took a while for me to get on a routine and get my diet down. I have it down now. It is too bad but it really is hard to find credible information to rely on. The only real way is with experience. I have spent 15 years trying to figure it all out.
