345 Pound Deadlift - New Personal Record!

I'm 5'7", 157 pounds and doing 3 reps @ 345 pounds. I was able to do 4 reps @ 355 pounds and 5 reps @ 355 pounds on the 2 sets before this (5 reps @ 355 is rated 399, new PR!). This was pretty sweet to set a new record considering I'm on a cut…

Philosophies and Beliefs:
Only you can prevent forest fires. Wait, this is a fitness website...

It doesn't matter if you're fat, skinny, muscular, etc. EVERYBODY is in the gym because they are NOT happy with their bodies. Never be afraid to enter the gym and try your best. So what if you bench press 120 pounds? The person who really looks like an idiot is the guy with 300 pounds on his back doing 1/4 of a rep on the squat rack, or doing bicep curls and swinging their body rather than controlling the weight.
Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
Everybody's going to put you down when you begin your journey. Ignore them! Do what YOU want to do, and once they begin to see results, they will ask what you're doing. It's funny when you mention diet as #1 priority, then they usually don't want to hear any more, lol
What are your favorite supplements and why?
Determination and perseverance, because those are what truly brings success, not a magical pill in a bottle or fairy dust in a can.

Guess if I had to list 3 tops:
1. Multi-Vitamin (although I really consider this an "essential" rather than a "supplement")
2. Essential fatty acids
3. Creatine monohydrate
Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
Everybody who isn't using steroids or other performance-enchancing drugs.

Mass Week 1, Session 3, Back & Biceps

Due to a dislocated left shoulder back in my teenage years, I always find this day to be painful. I have to work on my form and be very careful on overhand-grip chinups. I use a limited ROM, so I don't get the big stretch at the bottom of the rep, but I do get constant tension on the back and biceps this way :)



I had to cut this day short because I had an appointment to attend. I was late anyways :(
