What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Im a personal trainer, nationally qualified figure competitor, and muscleology sports nutrition costumer service manager. My goal is to become an IFBB Figure Pro!

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe in hard work, giving everything I try my very best, having a positive attitude and perception, and consistency will get you everything and everywhere in life. That applies to all aspects in life not just fitness.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Believe in yourself, dig deep to find the true meaning on why you are doing the journey, set short term & long term goals, reward yourself when accomplishing them, appreciate yourself, and journal your journey.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Muscleology's Myofiber! It is a fiber blend that contains key ingredients like CLA, flaxseed, psyllium husk, and omegas 3,6,9. This product is in my everyday life, especially when getting ready for a show, I increase my intake. I think everyone should take this product because it helps you get leaner, keep digestive tract healthy, controls blood sugar, lowers cholesterol, helps you absorb proteins better, and many more health benefits. I even give it to my 8 year old son. Kids these days are very picky, Myofiber ensures he is getting sufficient fiber in his diet as well as omegas for optimal health. Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Gina Alliotti. I saw a picture of her and was inspired to compete.

At time, I am at 31% of body fat/weight 131lbs. I took measurements last week at the gym and was stunned! I would like to know if i need to incorporate more than 30mins 4 x per week of cardio/weight lifting session. I am certain that I needed to clean up my diet. This week I have plan all my meals I am trying to count each calorie. It has been a challenge,but I am ready to work hard and smart. My ulitimate goal is to compete this year.
