- I believe bodybuilding is a lifestyle, not a hobby. It is a 24 hour per day job. It takes discipline in the highest regards. I strive to be the biggest and best everyday!
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Just do it! It will pay off.. Getting into a fitness regimine will be the best choice you ever made.. you are your biggest critic..
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Anything Optimum Nutrition, recovery 2:1:1, oats and whey, NO explode.. Good stuff..
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Jay Cutler and Brandon Curry, Jason Powell.. Skip La Cour.. So many I have met and look up to.. to many to name..
