What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I've compete twice:
NANBF Great Lakes, October 2007 - 1st place novice
NANBF Mr/Ms Illinois, May 2009 - 3rd place short open

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I think that anything worth having is worth working hard for..and that includes a healthy, strong body.

If this was easy, everyone would do it.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: I know it sound cliche..but JUST DO IT! If you spend your time worrying about a better time or an easier way your never going to get around to making your dreams come true. You can sit back until the time is perfect (which it never will be) or you can jump into the live (and body) you've always imagined!

You can sit back and let others live the life you've always dreamed of, or you can get out there and make your dreams come true. I've made my choice. Have you?

What are your favorite supplements and why?: SuperPump - it gets me going when I need a boost
Muscle Milk - blended and frozen is a delicious treat!

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Monica Brant, Alicia Marie
