Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I am a personal trainer, that has to some extent put myself on the back burner, while giving everything I have to my clients. I have decided to put myself first and find the optimum balance between my clients and myself. So, a little background on myself is that I was a gymnast for over 12 years, I studied martial arts for over nine years, several years of cheer leading in high school, and I have continually been in some sort of sport ever since I can remember.To help make this balance and physical transformation, I have decided to enter into a the REAL lone star show on May 8, 2010 and a natural figure show on June 26, 2010. I will be undergoing a transformation to be ready to compete for the REAL lone star show. I am not horribly out of of shape but I have probably 15 to 20 lbs of fat to lose and I would like to gain just a little more muscle. I have really just begun the transformation process and I am going to make this transformation a priority, just as I do with all of my clients. Finding the ability to balance time with my cleints, my son, my husband, my family and my self, all while being able to preform a physical transformation is my ultimate goal.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe in eating clean, being drug-free and alcohol free. I feel that the most important gift that you can give your child is a healthy parent, that will be around to watch them grow and hopefully see there own children. A healthy lifestyle is also the most rewarding gift that you can give yourself, not to say that it isn't a struggle at first but it gets hard to go back to being unhealthy after eating clean.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: all natural fitness industry competitors or athletes
