What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??

All I want to do is get into good enough shape to get into Fitness Photography, Modeling, and if I'm lucky acting and a few movies. Like Greg Plitt!

Philosophies and Beliefs:

Knowledge is Power, which is true, but it's so much more if a person has the discipline, tenacity, vision of putting all that to use! I very seriously apply that to Fitness, Bodybuilding, and Health!

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

I have no experience in competitions and the same for transformations, but all I can say is to stay motivated and shoot for the stars, even if you dont make it to where u want to be, it'll still be worth it where ever u land.

What are your favorite supplements and why?

I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me and my needs... Too soon to tell...
