- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- On a transformation journey: Two years ago I started my own company. I was working full time during the day while my nights and weekends were spent building my new business. Things like exercise, social life, and a healthy diet got put on the back-burner. Within a year I was able to quit my "corporate" job and focus full time on my own venture. That's when I started to get back in shape and start correcting the damage I did to my body from being career focused. Over the next year (Sept '08-'09) I lost 60lbs while also doubling my strength. I still see plenty of room for improvement and continue to strive for it.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Where there is a will, there is a way.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- ON Whey - Double Chocolate
ON Casein - Cookies & Cream
BSN Syntha 6 - Strawberry Milkshake
Three best proteins I've found, taste great and help me make sure my nutrition is inline. For a multivitamin I'm taking Orange Triad from Controlled Labs right now, previously took Animal Pak from Universal. Been happy with both to make sure my body is getting the nutrients it needs to keep pushing forward.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Arnold Schwarzenegger will always be the man. Currently: Erik Fankhouser, Jay Cutler

- Welcome Chris! Seem like a brother to me, as you and I went through something similar! I did the same, ignoring social life, barely keeping up with natural fitness activies, etc working 10-12 hour days for like 2 years. Nothing is worth that --- I got to a point where I felt a huge void, and it took a while to dig out of. I hear ya!! Good luck with your venture and again, thanks for coming to the REAL Spot!
