I've recently begun to pay more attention to my nutrition and workouts. I would like to be able to get to a level where I could compete. However, the transformation has made me more competitive in my martial arts competitions.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

Set a goal for yourself and keep it in your mind during those times when you want to quit. Also, having a set schedule of when and what workout I will do keeps me on track.

What are your favorite supplements and why?

The only supplement I take is one a day men's multi-vitamins. I'm not really big on supplements yet. I drink a lot of water and eat very healthy which for right now is enough to get my nutrients from.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?

Matt Hughes and the one and only Keridon Marie Davis who is the best fitness instructor/model/competitor in the world!
