What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I have always had a passion for fitness and sports. I was turned on to REAL about a year ago and recently competed in my first show. It's extremely gratifying to see all my hard work pay off and I look forward to continuing this journey!

Philosophies and Beliefs:: We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: All good things come with time. REAL truly captivates what a natural athlete is. Find comradery in fellow althletes and look to your family and friends for support.
