- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I started my fitness journey as a professional dancer. After a knee injury and surgery I needed to find another way to stay healthy other than dancing. I started exploring all types of fitness and loved anything that made me sweat!!! My passion grew to what is now my career as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach with Living Patterns.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I truly believe in always evolving in life (no matter what stage you are in). Setting goals is a great way to figure out what you want to achieve. I also believe in maintaining balance in life.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Stay focused. Find exercises that motivate you and are FUN!!!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Enlyten- quick burst of electrolytes and low cal. Great way to push through workouts and finish strong!!
