- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am the coordinator for the REAL Deal Challenge, a personal trainer and the owner of Natural Lean Muscle Fitness C.R.U.C.I.B.L.E. (website coming soon) and co-owner Anytime Fitness in Arlington TX. I started Modeling a few year ago after I got out of the Marines. I would like to compete as a fitness model, and further my Personal Training and Modeling career.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Crucible- A set of circumstances where people or things are subjected to forces that test them and often make them change.
1. Challenge- Stimulating workouts that will improve your fitness (90 days, 6 day a week, 1 hour a day).
2. Rebuild- Change your Physique (Decrease Body Fat, Improve Strength, Tone Shape and Firm).
3. Undeniable- You and your health are worth it, without question or dispute.
4. Commitment- Devotion and dedication to your fitness goals
5. Influence- Lead by example
6. Balance- Combined healthy nutrition with hard work to maximize results
7. Lifestyle- Living a fit and healthy lifestyle (You, Your Family, Our Community)
8. Empowerment- develop a greater sense of confidence and self esteem
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Believe in the Science! Law of Thermodynamic- the amount of food consumed compared to the amount of energy expended over time.
No Limits You can achieve any fitness goal with time and effort.
You control your lifestyle. Your result will come when you make the right chooses for you. ( I Decide)
