Sometimes I'm out of certain foods (Oats, Rice cakes, etc.) and use other foods to hit my numbers, usually post work out. For example, I'll have my whey protein and then to get my carbs I'll have a pack of pop tarts. Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
Originally got into the whole fitness scene to lose weight, I was sitting at 317lbs and decided I didn't want to be anymore. I never wanted muscle, just to be skinny, after getting to 210lbs my mind set changed and now I'm on a goal to compete one day. Trying to overcome loose skin issues and mental issues with adding weight to my frame, but I think I'm progressing.
Philosophies and Beliefs:
Anything is possible if you want it bad enough.
Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
Everyone falls on their journey now and then, just get back up and keep going. Don't dwell on your mistakes and don't let up.
What are your favorite supplements and why?
I don't have too many "favorites". I like to keep the basics, Whey, Casein, Multi, Fish Oil, Creatine.
Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
Layne Norton, Alan Aragon, Lyle Mcdonald
