What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Im a 19 year old Southern California kid who loves to workout. I do not compete and am not sure if I ever will.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: Never train in tunnel vision! Open your eyes to the 100's of various types of training and incorporate them into your training program. Look into gymnastics, power lifting, body building, static, plyometric, balance, body weight exercises, high intensity interval training and the many more out there.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Take a look around and realize what works and what doesn't. DO NOT just buy a fitness magazine and think that its filled with the most amazing information. If you want to gain muscle but look like crap then take all the fitness magazine advice, but if you want to look like a strong, well rounded athlete be open to many styles of training. Don't train to just be a body builder or to just be a long distance runner. Train to be something that meets in the middle.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Just a plain protein powder.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Natural body builders

I have used a similar mix with coffee and protein for years...I call it my "Mocha" as I usually use chocolate protein with it. I blend oatmeal with the coffee and protein...and a bit of stevia or splenda with it.
It is a life saver at times!!!
