Profile Information

What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: Got into Health & Fitness in late 2001. Have been seriously living a Bodybuilding lifestyle since spring 2007. Looking to be in the best shape ever & compete sometime in 2010.

Philosophies and Beliefs:: God gave me on body and I decided it was about time I truly took care of it. My faith has brought me this far. I believe God has a plan for all of us & that He uses me everyday to be a postivie influence in someones life, through my training & healthy living.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Be true to yourself...train hard, eat clean & hold yourself accountable. If you really aren't training to the best of your ability & keeping your diet in check, don't lie to yourself & say you are!

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Country Life Multiple for Men....DUH? Optimum NO Vassive...helps me train like a FREAK! Schiff Glucosamine, Chondroitin & MSM....cause my joints are OLD!

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: Gilad
