haha thanks it is much appreciated. Unfortunately I will not be competing in a few weeks I have decided to give my body a break for a few weeks. I will be competing again this year, either at the Texas RoundUp or maybe even the Heart of Texas.

- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am competing in April at the Texas Shredder and now possibly the Lone Star Classic in May. I have been working towards this goal for the past 2 years and I am excited about the results that I have seen.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Keep working toward goals because without goals you are just working for nothing.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Elite Whey Protein-great tasting and has all the nutrients you need in it.
Lipo6 Black- to cut the last remaining stubborn fat stores.
Jack3d or really any other pre-workout I have tried alot of them and they react different to different people.

Not in a huge hurry...so if it isn't broken, I don't want to mess with it. You know? I will probably resort to the long low intensity cardio sooner rather than later though.
