I was fortunate to have an athletic upbringing. In high-school I played almost every sport available: baseball, football, basketball, track & field, cross-country running. After high-school I stopped playing sports and got into bodybuilding. Even though I started late, I remember always appreciating aesthetic physiques. I aspire to compete in the future.

Philosophies and Beliefs:

Arete-the act of living up to one's full potential. Arete in ancient Greek culture was courage and strength in the face of adversity and it was to what all people aspired.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:

Bodybuilding is a struggle. The work is endless, and this can be incredibly satisfying, but also exhausting -- both physically and mentally. In the end it is all worth it.
