- You can stay lean no matter what age. Also just believe in yourself and you can always look at a wonderful physique is a gift from God, well I look at developing an awesome physique is a gift to God.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Don't make excuses.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Alot of BSN supps!! No-Explode, Nitrix, Cellmass etc. Aminos, Glutamine. Just try and kep it simple always KISS it. "Keep it Simple Stupied"
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Everyone
