Profile Information
- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I have finally hit the 100lb mark two weeks before my last competition on November 14th. I am still under that mark and have only put on 2lbs after my show. I placed 1st in Novice Mens Heavyweight and 1st in Open Mens Heavyweight and also won Open Mens Best Poser Award at the Mid States Natural Muscle Classic. I was 310lbs with a 44 inch waist today I am 207 with a 31 inch waist I had a 30 inch waist the day of my competition.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Mind over matter! If the mind can embrace and believe it can be done the body will follow through without hesitation, however if you allow doubt to come in then it will definately slow things up.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Rome was not built in a day! It takes time and dedication!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- I do not have a favorite supplement.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Many!
