- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am on a "transformation journey" I guess you could call it. About 3 months ago, a man came into the gym (I am a trainer at a local Snap Fitness) who was competing in the Physique Competition here in Lafayette, LA. I had considered training for a competition before, but right then and there I made the decision. I started my weight gain diet the next day and started a new workout. My body has responded very quickly to both the diet and workout, and I see more definition in my arms, legs and back than I saw when I was playing high school basketball! I have a ways to go, and I am VERY open to any advice!
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I am a Health Promotion and Wellness major at University of Louisiana. I LOVE what I do. I am a firm believer in spreading the word on how living a healthy life style can change YOUR LIFE!!!
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- Don't really take any. I do a protein shake twice a day but that is really it. Not a real big believer in the supplements. I have done well without them so far...
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- hmm...Well my fellow trainer, Sam Atkinson. AND the gym owners, David Couvillion and Max Fletcher.
