- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am currently on a transformation journey. I was always in to fitness and working out the only problem with me back then was my nutrition .Junk food was almost all i would eat i wouldn’t dare to eat a bowl of raw vegetables much less cooked i thought it wasn’t important as long as i did what i had to do in the gym. Of Corse with that mentality it got me no were .Around the age of 15 is when i completely stop working out and my junk food intake increase a lot more. Another problem i had was i would work and not eat anything till i would get home around 10pm and sleep 30 mins later. Now i don’t DARE to eat any kind of ,Junk food. i plan to keep the weight off and still lose some more by working out .I lost overall 35 pounds since i started to change my diet and my mentality.

- If you don’t make mistakes, you aren’t really trying.
The finish line is just the beginning of a whole new race.:)
