What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??: I own and operate Body by Frances Bootcamp in the TransforMe Training Facility. I have 2 locations, Texas City, Tx, and Webster Tx, which lies in the heart of the Clear Lake area. It is my passion and life mission to help others achieve an Elite level of Fitness through natural health and wellness. I have been competing for the last ten years. www.bodybyfrancesbootcamp.com

Philosophies and Beliefs:: I believe that any person regardless of age or fitness level can transform their body through personal responsibility, diet and exercise is the key to health, wellness, and longevity. It is the fountain of youth.

Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:: Never ever give up, the battle is in the mind. What you think you will become so think yourself into your success. This journey is more mental than physical so control your thoughts and alignthem with your goals.

What are your favorite supplements and why?: Beverly International because of the purity of their products.

Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?: People who train for themselves and not the approval of others. The industry can be brutal and subjective but always remember that no on defines you BUT YOU.

All of the hard work to lose over politics is absolutely unacceptable. So among many other things, REAL is all natural and No politics....ever. At our Lone Star last year, our best friend competed and didn't even place lol If you ever decide to come back to the competition world, definitely check us out. Our competitors have an incredible time and we always put them first.
