- What is your REAL story? Do you compete? Do you wish to compete? Are you on a transformation journey? Website??
- I am actaully just beginning my journey. I am 20 years old and have been working to get were i am for past 3 an half years. I'm still working to improve alot more than what i am know.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- I have a philosophy that if you let God lead in your life, you have nothing to worry about.
- Words of Advice to REAL competitors and those on REAL transformation journeys:
- Never take your eyes off your goal. If your aiming to loose weight or gain muscle, dont loose your focus on that. If you do you will loose your motivation.
- What are your favorite supplements and why?
- I've only taken xxx mass to help me gain alittle mass.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?

- I appreciate the comment. As far as diet goes, it is a constant process of adjustments and trials. I always eat as clean as possible, however my quantities and specific macronutrient sources change with my training. My advice to anyone getting started is to keep it clean and put forth the effort to eat a very specific diet for 4 weeks. The reason for this is to accurately gauge your body's demands. For example, if you know that you ate 400 carbs per day, 300 grams of protein every day, etc... and at the end of 4 weeks you lost 6 pound; you now have a baseline that you can make adjustment to.
If you are eating different foods daily with no real structure, it becomes very difficult to make the necessary adjustments. I hope this helps!
