- I am on a transformational journey, to lose 20 lbs...at 55 years of age, 5'10, 180 lbs, I want to make health and fitness a renewed priority.
- Philosophies and Beliefs:
- Christian humanitarian...I believe in The Golden Rule, in Zen Buddhism, in the Power of Love, Faith, Hope and Kindness. I believe in my fellow man, and in God - the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- Who do you look up to in the fitness industry?
- Inspiration, from the dedication and discipline athletes apply, in their training/diet and in their lives.Motivation from others dedicated to their work- as a performing artist and teacher, I feel a tremendous spiritual kinship with athletes of every kind.
